Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and NeoRun ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the NeoRun platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Beta Service Notice

NeoRun is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during this period. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or service availability. Features may change, be deprecated, or removed without notice. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use NeoRun, you must create an account using a valid email address or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use NeoRun to:

• Mine cryptocurrency or perform proof-of-work computations
• Host or distribute malware, phishing sites, or ransomware
• Run denial-of-service attacks or network scanning tools against third parties
• Store or transmit illegal content
• Circumvent resource limits, container sandboxing, or security controls
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract data from other users' deployments
• Use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse the free tier by creating excessive accounts or deployments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

5. Your Content & Code

You retain all ownership rights to the code and content you deploy on NeoRun. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to clone, build, and run your code solely for the purpose of providing the service. Your code is analyzed by AI (Google Gemini) to generate build configurations — see our Privacy Policy for details. We do not claim ownership of your code or use it to train AI models.

6. Intellectual Property

The NeoRun platform, including its design, logos, and proprietary technology, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the beta period, there is no SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated via the status page when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Resource Limits

Free tier accounts are subject to resource limits including CPU, memory, storage, and concurrent build restrictions. These limits may change during the beta period. Containers that exceed resource limits may be automatically stopped.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoRun and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during beta is $0).

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data, running containers, and stored configurations within 30 days. Build logs may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement. We may terminate your account for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NeoRun operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
